Notes: CytomX provides a free screen capture tool. Greenshot is installed on all computers that CytomX issues. This will work for most screen captures.
If you feel that you require the use of Snag-It, please send your manager an email asking for their approval to get Snag-It installed. IT requires that you explain the feature on Snag-It that you require and where you will use it with your work. After you receive approval, forward that email to ITHelp@cytomx.com requesting the software. Once IT has the proper approvals and the ticket has been created, we will install the software for you.
