Via the Mimecast Email
Click Release, Block or Permit on the email.
Release allows the email into your Inbox.
Block will stop any messages from that email address reaching your Inbox.
Permit releases the email into your Inbox and allows emails from that address into your Inbox.
Via The Ribbon in Outlook
Access Mimecast from the Ribbon in Outlook if expecting an email that has not shown up yet.
